As a Customer Service Specialist, you will listen and engage with our clients with an empathetic ear and shepherd them in their quest for financial freedom.

Our Customer Service Specialists play a key position in ensuring our clients’ success. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Professionally handle incoming client requests via phone, ensuring that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Handle all client inquires, requests and thoroughly educate them on the service.
  • Provide quality support in the areas of handling questions, troubleshooting, and account assistance.
  • Work with other departments as client advocates to ensure resolution.
  • Look for innovative ways to better the product and improve the customer experience.
  • Provide innovative feedback to management to continue to better the department and process. We want you to have a voice!
  • 2+ years call center experience.
  • Must have sufficient internet connection with the ability to be hardwired to a modem. A minimum internet speed of 40mbs/10mbs is required.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
  • Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change
  • Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and decision making skills
  • Excellent time management skills

    Maintain your pipeline and self-schedule to maximize consulting opportunities
    Meet specified daily metrics and monthly targets.
  • Empathize with clients to understand their financial situation and identify the option that is most appropriate for them and their families.
  • Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of previous sales or remote sales experience
  • Experience using CRM platforms and the ability to navigate between several systems simultaneously.
  • A hunger for success, positive attitude and desire to learn.
  • Strong active listening skills with a focused empathetic and consultative ear.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Willing to work evenings (maximizes your earning potential)
  • Bachelors or Associates Degree

 

Primary Function: Negotiate a reduction in balances owed with creditors and collection agencies, on behalf of our clients.

  • Meet assigned goals and quotas to be achieved or surpassed monthly.
  • Develop effective negotiation strategies tailored to individual cases, taking into consideration the client’s financial circumstances.
  • Follow up via email and phone call.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with creditors.
  • Negotiate payment schedules and reductions with creditors and attorneys.
  • Manage emails for clients.
  • Review settlement letters and funding.
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls.
  • Provide updates or forward for further assistance.
  • Basic Math.
  • Manager tracker.
  • Review Reports.
  • Data entry.
  • Review and analyze client financial statements, credit reports and debt documentation to understand the full scope of the client’s financial situation and negotiate settlements accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain rapport by providing regular updates, answering inquiries, returning voicemails and/or missed calls, and addressing concerns throughout the negotiation process
