Understanding Our Service Agreement
Zimworx and SupportDDS, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, and divisions (“Zimworx and SupportDDS,” “Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our”) offer a Mobile Messaging & Telephone Program, which you agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging & Telephone Terms and Conditions and Mobile Messaging & Telephone Privacy Policy.
By using or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which incorporate our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy provides information about how we collect, use, and disclose your information.

Acceptance of Terms
By opting into or participating in Our Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms. This includes your agreement to resolve any disputes with Us through binding, individual-only arbitration, as outlined in the “Dispute Resolution” and “Binding Arbitration” sections below.
Scope of Terms
These Terms apply specifically to the Program and do not seek to amend or alter any other terms and conditions or privacy policies that may regulate the relationship between you and Us in other circumstances.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms from time to time without advanced notice or liability. If We do revise these Terms, the revised terms will supersede prior versions... Your continued participation in the Program constitutes your acceptance of any revisions. If you do not agree to the revisions, you must opt out of the Program.
Participant Requirements
Participants in the Program must be wireless service subscribers with a wireless device of their own that has mobile text messaging services provided by a participating wireless carrier. The device must be capable of two-way messaging.
User Opt-In
The Program allows users to receive promotional and informational communications... by mobile message (including but not limited to text or SMS messages and/or via any automated dialing or texting system), and/or telephone call... understand that neither opting into nor participating in the Program is required to make any purchase from Us. Message and data rates may apply.
User Opt-Out
For mobile messaging, you agree to reply “STOP” to any mobile message from Us in order to opt out of the Program. Alternatively, you may opt out of the Program by calling (940) 757-0022.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
You may not use or engage with the Program if you are under eighteen (18) years of age. You certify, warrant, and represent that: the phone number(s) provided to Us are your contact number(s) or you are authorized by the individual whose contact number(s) is provided.
Duty to Notify and Indemnify
If at any time you intend to stop using the phone number used to subscribe to the Program... you agree that you will complete the User Opt-Out process... YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD US... HARMLESS FROM ANY CLAIM OR LIABILITY... RESULTING FROM YOUR FAILURE... TO NOTIFY US OF A CHANGE IN THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED.
Program Description
Users that opt into the Program can expect to receive messages and/or calls concerning Our commercial and/or non-commercial activities, news and informative updates, and your relationship with Us.
Cost and Frequency
Company does not charge you for receiving mobile messages or telephone calls. However, message and data rates may apply... The Program involves recurring mobile messages and telephone calls.
Support Instructions
For support regarding the Program, reply “HELP” to any text message you receive from the Program or call Us at (940) 757-0022. Email is not an acceptable method of opting out.
MMS Disclosure
The Program may send SMS TMs (terminating messages) if your mobile device does not support MMS messaging.
Push Notifications
With your consent, Company may send promotional and non-promotional push notifications... You may opt-out of these communications at any time by texting the word “STOP” to (940) 757-0022.
Third-Party Involvement
Company may utilize third parties... Any terms and conditions or agreements issued by such third parties... constitute an agreement between you and the respective third party, not Company.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis and may not be available in all areas at all times. We shall not be held liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of mobile messages or telephone calls.
Requirement for Truthful and Accurate Information
When submitting forms online... you agree to furnish accurate, complete, and truthful information. It is prohibited to use a false or misleading name.

This Mobile Messaging & Telephone Privacy Policy, in conjunction with Company’s Privacy Policy, outlines the collection and usage of personal information.
